“They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers. In those days Peter stood up among the believers—a group numbering about a hundred and twenty…”
— Acts 1:14–15 (NIV)
At Greater St. Paul AME Church, we may not have 120 members yet—but we are a mighty group because we have faith in Jesus Christ!
We’re excited to launch our 120 Envelope Challenge—a fun, faith-filled way to support the continued work of ministry in our church and community. Here’s how it works:
- We’ve prepared 120 envelopes, each numbered from 1 to 120.
- Each envelope represents a dollar amount equal to its number (e.g., envelope #45 = $45).
- When all envelopes are filled, we will have raised a total of $7,260!
🙌 How You Can Participate
This initiative is open to everyone—members, friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and community supporters. Whether you attend in person or simply believe in what God is doing through Greater St. Paul, you are invited to join in!
- Pick an envelope (or several).
- Give that amount in person, by mail, or electronically (based on church giving options).
- Help spread the word and invite others to support this effort.
We are asking participants to give as they are able, and we encourage each of you to prayerfully consider how you might help us meet—and exceed—this goal. Every dollar counts, and every giver is appreciated!
Together, we can do mighty things for the Kingdom!
If you have any questions or want to request an envelope number, please contact Sister Gloria (#s1-40) Sister Wanda (#s41-80) or Brother George (#s 81-120), who are leading this initiative and tracking our progress.
Let’s rise to the challenge—together!
